With greatest pleasure we inform that on April 11 2024, a lecture by prof. Marta Peguera Poch, concerning the reserve in the French civil code pt.: La réserve héréditaire du Code civil français, institution d’équilibre entre liberté individuelle et intérêt familial, was held.
